Allen Iverson was traded to the Detriot Pistons for Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyess. The Pistons have started out 4-0 and the Nuggets have started out 1-2. I believe the Nuggets got a better deal out of the trade because it going to give Carmelo Anthony more shots and more points. That will work with the help of Chauncey Billips. The reason why I say the Pistons are not getting the better end of the trade because Allen Iverson doesn't open up anything good for the Pistons, he might make a lot of points, he takes away shots from, Rasheed Wallace, Richard Hamilton and Tayshaun Prince. Also remember Allen Iverson is in the final year of his contract.

The pistons made a horrible trade. they trade even point guards Billups and Iverson but the nuggets also get Antonio so I think the nuggets got the uperhand on that trade. In the nba though I think the heat will be able to make the playoffs this year with the talent they got. Wade is playing amazing like always and so is Haslem. But now we have Beasley and chalmers who are rookies that are steping into our starting five. This year at home we have killed our opponents.
The Pistons made a huge mistake by giving away an elite point guard like Chauncey Billups. In the end the Pistons got Allen Iverson, who is a complete ball hog and only likes scoring. The Nuggets will do better now that they have Billups running the offense, who is an all around team player. The Pistons now will do worse in the eastern division and this year might not even make a playoffs.
